Our Upgrade Process will include the following steps:
Analyse & Backup the Moodle instance (including Moodle files, content and the database.
Setting up an exclusive sandbox instance for the Upgrade process.
Moving the current instance to the Sandbox..
Performing the upgrade on the Sandbox instance and QA testing before handing over to the client for review.
Once the client firms up everything, the live site will be upgraded as well.
Note: Please note that this does not include the cost of any plugin upgrades as part of this offer because there might be certain plugins that might have been customized as per your requirement and upgrading that may break the workflow.
