You will need to provide us the FTP credentials of your server as well as the site Admin credentials.
We handle all of the data/credentials with the utmost care. We will always communicate with you if any changes occur in the access credentials or files.
We have skills in Moodle LMS, Moodle Mobile, Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, Articulate storyline, Paypal etc. The packages are supported as per the plan you have subscribed.
We have a support ticket management system for which login credentials will be given to you after you subscribe. At the time of raising a ticket, you’ll only need to submit a ticket and our developers will give all the updates through that support ticket only.
All support tickets are solved in working hours from Monday to Friday ( 9 AM to 7 PM, GMT +5:30 hrs ) New Delhi India time. If you come across some urgent issues outside our working hours, you can always mark the ticket as “urgent” and we’ll make our best attempt to resolve that even in non working hours. Support in non-working hours are limited from 7 PM to 11 PM & 8 AM to 9 AM on Monday to Friday & from 8 AM to 5 PM Saturday.
You can buy additional hours on need basis. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from your same email id which you mentioned at the time of eLearning Ongoing Support sign up with additional hours you want to purchase and our sales team will send you invoice for that.

All support hours are required to be consumed within the same billing month.
Yes, on the scheduled date, payment will be auto-deducted from your paypal or whatever payment of mode you have selected at the time of subscription.
